Description:

This is a short practical guide on how to involve patients across all stages of healthcare research. It is aimed at people writing applications for European Union (EU) healthcare research projects or who have had a proposal funded and are in the project development stage.

You may find it useful to refer to throughout your project.

These top tips for successful patient involvement come from the experience of the Patient Input Platform (PIP) of the U-BIOPRED project (Unbiased BIOmarkers in PREDiction of respiratory disease outcomes), which is supported by the Innovative Medicines Initiative.
