Description:

The Young Researcher's Guidance and Toolkit, developed for Barnardo's, aims to provide inspiration and inclusive and accessible activities that researchers, project workers and others can use and adapt to support children and young people to plan and undertake research projects and/or collaborate with adults on research projects.

The Young Researcher's Guidance provides an overview of key issues and arguments on issues to think about and how best to provide inclusive, good quality and consistent training and support to young researchers of varying ages, interests, and needs. The Toolkit provides tools, activities, and ideas which researchers and practitioners can use and adapt when recruiting, training, and supporting young researchers.
