Description:

This is a 3-page infographic with information and tips for researchers about involving people from under-represented ethnic backgrounds in research planning. The project was funded by a University College London Hospital Biomedical Research Centre PPI innovation grant (project ref BRC1254/PPI/SP/104990) aimed at supporting researchers to use innovative and ground-breaking approaches to involve patients and the public in their research and/or to involve seldom heard groups in research. The grant funded three online workshops with PPI representatives to discuss the research question and methods needed for research into long-term conditions in ethnic minority communities using data science methods.
